At Nimantran Sweets, we always aim to deliver fresh, high-quality cakes, sweets, and bakery items.
Because our products are perishable food items, certain limitations apply to returns and refunds.
Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Return Policy

Due to the nature of food products, we do not accept returns once the order has been delivered.

We cannot take back:

  • Cakes
  • Sweets
  • Bread/Buns
  • Cookies
  • Snacks
  • Any opened or consumed food item

This ensures hygiene, safety, and quality for all our customers.

2. Refund Policy

A refund will only be issued under the following conditions:

a. Wrong Item Delivered

If you receive a product different from what you ordered.

b. Damaged Product

If the product is damaged, broken, or spoiled at the time of delivery.
(Must provide a photo within 2 hours of delivery.)

c. Order Canceled by Us

If we cancel an order due to unavailability or technical issues, you will receive a full refund.

d. Failed Payment

If your payment was deducted but the order was not confirmed.

3. Conditions for Refund Approval

For a refund request to be approved, the customer must:

  • Contact us within 2 hours of delivery
  • Provide the order number
  • Provide photo or video proof of the issue
  • Return the product if requested (only in special cases)

Refunds requested after 2 hours may not be eligible.

4. Refund Processing Time

Once your request is reviewed and approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days
  • Refund will be sent through the same payment method used during purchase
  • We will notify you once the refund is processed

5. Cancellation Policy

Customer Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of placing the order.
  • Custom cakes or made-to-order items cannot be canceled once preparation has started.

Company Cancellations

Nimantran Sweets may cancel orders if:

  • Ingredients are unavailable
  • Technical errors occur
  • Delivery location is outside our service area
  • Payment is not received

A full refund will be issued for canceled orders.
